Proctor Park was created as a peaceful place to honor and remember our Johnson County service members and first responders, many of whom have given their lives in the line of duty. Please join Uplift and the Proctor Park Committee as we raise funds to add a memorial to our most recently fallen officers, enhance and expand upon the existing Pathway of Honor, and make necessary repairs and improvements to the existing monuments. Proctor Park is located at 499 Tracy Rd in New Whiteland.
