This year marks the fifth year of UpLift Johnson County’s Christmas initiatives, and we are so thankful for the generosity of those who have donated items, money, and time in the past to make them a success. Once again, we are excited to bring our community together through the UpLift A Family Christmas Food Drive, the UpLift A Child Virtual Giving Tree, and the UpLift A Senior Donation Drive. These initiatives help us provide food, gifts, and support to families, children, and seniors who need it most during the holiday season. We invite you to join us again this year to help UpLift so many in our community and spread joy throughout Johnson County.
UPLIFT A CHILD • VIRTUAL GIVING TREE
It can be very difficult for many Johnson County families to provide a happy Christmas morning for their children. You can help by providing gifts from these kids’ wish lists and keep the magic of Christmas alive in their hearts. Register to receive a wish list from a child.
UPLIFT A SENIOR • CHRISTMAS DONATION DRIVE
We partner with Johnson County Senior Services for their Seniors Still Believe initiative to bless precious seniors who are often burdened financially, along with feeling lonely or forgotten. Uplift will match up $6K in donations to purchase practical Christmas care package items such as socks, gloves, personal care items, and snacks for over 250 seniors in need.
